1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ExamsPractice (exams-practice.net) — whether as a school administrator, teacher, or student — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. Schools that subscribe to our service also agree to these terms on behalf of their teachers and students.
2. Description of Service
ExamsPractice provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform that allows schools to:
- Create and manage a branded exam practice environment under a custom subdomain.
- Upload, organise, and manage past examination questions by subject, category, and year.
- Generate questions using AI tools (DeepSeek, OpenAI, Google Gemini).
- Create and administer quizzes to registered students.
- Track student performance and grade descriptive answers.
3. School Responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- Ensure that all teachers and students abide by these terms.
- Use the platform only for lawful educational purposes.
- Not share login credentials with unauthorised persons.
- Not resell or sublicense the platform without written consent.
- Take responsibility for the accuracy of content uploaded, including questions, answers, and marking rubrics.
4. Subscription & Payment
- Access requires a paid subscription processed via Paystack.
- Subscriptions are for a fixed duration and are non-refundable once the school platform has been provisioned and accessed.
- Schools are responsible for renewing before expiry to maintain uninterrupted access.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
5. Intellectual Property
- The ExamsPractice platform, software, design, and branding are our intellectual property and may not be copied without permission.
- Past examination questions uploaded to the platform remain the intellectual property of their respective owners (e.g. WAEC). Their use is for educational practice purposes only.
- AI-generated content is provided for educational use within the subscribing school's environment.
6. AI-Generated Content
ExamsPractice uses third-party AI services to generate questions and scoring suggestions. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Schools and teachers are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it to students. ExamsPractice accepts no liability for errors in AI-generated content.
7. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Use the platform to distribute harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure.
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the platform.
- Impersonate another school, teacher, or student.
8. Platform Availability
We strive to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any school's access without refund if these Terms of Use have been violated. Schools may also request account deletion by contacting us.
10. Limitation of Liability
ExamsPractice is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the school in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
